We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with any product that you choose to purchase from us here at the Colin McRae online store – if you are unhappy for any reason we will offer you an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition – label intact, and in the case of clothing items – unworn and unwashed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent that this has not been done – this condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Our return period is 14 days from the date you receive your purchase – the returned item must be received within this time period.
It is recommended that you allow up to 5 days for returns to reach us.
To action a return, please e-mail us on stuart@colinmcraevision.com and request a returns form. This will help us to keep track of your item(s) when they reach us and enable us to process your return as quickly as possible.
On this form you can let us know if you would like to exchange your original purchase for a different size or product or alternatively, if you would like us to refund the order.

We will allow one free of charge exchange per item, after this or for international orders we reserve the right to make a charge to cover our postage and packing costs.
Whilst we make every effort to check all items before despatch, if you believe your purchase to be faulty please contact us on stuart@colinmcraevision.com and we will do our utmost to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Any item proven to be faulty on despatch will be exchanged or fully refunded (including any original / return postage and packing charges.)
